The collaborative nature of The Devonshire Foundation starts with its team. We maintain a small but effective staff. The Devonshire Foundation board consists of family members and an independent member. Founders, Dusty and Melita Howland’s two children, Tony Howland and Susan Davidson serve as trustees. In their roles, they continue their family’s philanthropic legacy and commitment to giving back to the community. Our small board aims to grow over the next few years, and will expand to include next generation members of the Howland family, as well as members of the broader community.
